HULA builds routes through two or three neighbors so you still get what you want.

Can I add money to balance a trade?

Small cash adjustments are allowed when both sides agree — the core is still barter.

Is it related to the Sunday flea market?

They complement each other: the flea is a weekly event; HULA is 24/7 digital barter with routing and trust tools.
